ABOUT THE PROJECT

At OctOrbit, we are driven by innovation and creativity across technology and entertainment. Our flagship product, TaleGether, is an upcoming narrative card game soon launching on Kickstarter — combining storytelling, art, and digital interactivity.

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creatively versatile Digital Marketing & Content Manager to shape, execute, and optimize the marketing vision of TaleGether and other OctOrbit projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complete marketing ecosystem — from brand identity and content creation to analytics and campaign performance.

English communicative fluency (written and spoken) is required for communication with our international team and collaborators.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a proactive and creative professional capable of managing a wide range of marketing and communication activities for OctOrbit and TaleGether.

You will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring coherence, creativity, and measurable impact across all channels.

1. Strategic Planning & Management

  • Holistic Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies (social, SEO, email, paid) aligned with OctOrbit’s business and product goals.

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Design and execute launch campaigns for new products and features, from research to post-launch evaluation.

  • Project & Campaign Management: Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Budget Optimization: Manage and maximize ROI from marketing spend.

2. Market, Audience & Data Intelligence

  • Market Research: Conduct deep market and competitor analysis to inform positioning.

  • Social Listening: Track trends, conversations, and sentiment to identify engagement opportunities.

  • Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to extract insights and drive strategic decisions.

  • Reporting: Create performance dashboards and communicate key metrics to stakeholders.

3. Content Creation & Brand Messaging

  • Brand Positioning: Craft compelling narratives and a unified voice for OctOrbit and TaleGether.

  • Copywriting & Storytelling: Produce persuasive copy for web, ads, video scripts, and more.

  • Multimedia Production: Design and edit engaging graphics, videos, and digital materials.

  • SEO Optimization: Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices.

  • CMS Management: Publish and manage content in WordPress or similar platforms.

4. Community Building & Audience Engagement

  • Community Management: Build and nurture online communities across platforms.

  • Customer Engagement: Respond to feedback and manage conversations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Brand Advocacy: Develop ambassador programs and encourage user-generated content.

5. Performance Marketing & Optimization

  • Paid Media: Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

  • A/B Testing: Run experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • CRO & UX: Analyze user behavior to refine website and landing page performance.

  • Marketing Automation: Create workflows for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer retention.


USEFUL FOR THE JOB: SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or growth management.

  • Strong understanding of analytics, SEO, and performance marketing.

  • English communicative fluency (written and spoken) is required for collaboration with our international team.

  • Hands-on experience with major digital platforms and tools, such as:

    • Analytics & Visualization: Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, Tableau.

    • Social Media Management: Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer.

    • SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.

    • Design & Content Creation: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma.

    • Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

    • Project Management: Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

    • Automation & CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce.

    • Paid Media: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

    • CMS: WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace.


VALUED AS A PLUS

  • Experience with creative, entertainment, or gaming-related products.

  • Previous work on Kickstarter campaigns or indie projects.

  • Passion for storytelling, art, and gaming culture.
